I've decided to have a surprise candle-lit picnic dinner our favorite park in the city, and have all his favorite dishes well-prepared. His sister told me he loves Shawarma and good home-cooked morroccean fish platters; so I googled different website for Isreali recipes. Your website was really insightful on showing me places I can go to purchase but I would rather try and make it myself...I guess it's the whole idea of the thought that counts.If you have any more information for me please let me know. You never hear of a hate crime against a schwarma stand or schwarma-stand employee. This is likely because any possible perpetrator could not live with himself/herself knowing that they have disrupted the scwarma/pita economy in some way. Everyone who is capable of eating this tasty sandwich loves it and loves other people who eat it too. In contrast, one frequently hears of attacks on western fast food restaurants abroad. I often wondered if the person who bombed that KFC in Karachi a few months ago had ever sampled the Colonel's secret blend of herbs spices. Pick-a-pita is on w. 38th street and makes a great chicken shawarma. It's also glatt kosher.
