You found it! I discovered this pizzeria for myself one drunken evening in the Village. Joe's, John's, bla, bla, bla ... this was better! I knew this place was different, with pizza a little more rustic than you usually find in the Village. But I had to admit, it was BETTER. The pizze in the photo looks like the one they served me there a couple of years ago. I think they called it "Grandma's Pizza" or something like that. MY grandma would be proud. DUDE! You found it! I really really enjoyed the reckless cab action (in real life it drives me to vigilantism) and your ability to judge whether or not a cabbie has the substance to focus that reckless action into a sub 10 min ride to La Guardia. Hey how about the heart warming irony of you as a passenger getting a tip from a cabbie. You just didn’t want to pay for the Tunnel.
