		<description>The ham looks great, and you got to eat it!  I am so glad to hear the Chef say to cook to an internal temp of 140 degrees.  I see so many recipes that say to cook pork to 160 or even 180 degrees -- yikes!  That ruins it.  Lucky you that you get to eat all of these great foods.  Thanks for sharing with us.</description>
